As in previous years, in which several distinguished academics participated (including Bengt-Ake Lundvall, David Mowery, Sanjaya Lall, Jan Fagerberg, Bronwyn Hall etc.), students will have the opportunity to present and discuss their work.
Student selection will be based upon evaluation of an extended abstract of two-to-five pages, which should be typed double-spaced in English, together with the student´s CV and a recommendation letter from the supervisor or from another senior scholar.
The Academy originates from and is connected to the world-wide research network Globelics, http://www.globelics.org/, that brings together scholars working on National Systems of Innovation. The Globelics Academy is jointly organized by ISEG www.iseg.utl.pt and IN+ http://in3.dem.ist.utl.pt/.
