The Research Program of the research team runs along the following directions:

• Innovation, Organization and Economic Efficiency. Research in this area has been carried out on such issues as the relative efficiency of different R&D patterns and organizational innovations (with a focus on the Japanese model and transplants, as compared to different European patterns of organizations). Research on these issues was supported through the TSER project, DYNACOM, 5th Framework Program.
• Markets, Forms of Coordination and Competitiveness. Research in this area focuses on how markets function (financial markets, new emerging markets including life sciences, internet, public utilties). Research on these issues was supported by the TSER project ESSY, 5th framework Program.
• Competition, Regulation and Public Policies. Research focusing on the European Competition Policy with applications to various industries: telecom, energy, transportation.
