The award is intend to provide visibility for exceptional young Ph.D.s to publicize and promote their research.

The winner and runner-ups will be recognized at this year's DRUID summer conference at Imperial College London, 16-18 June 2010.
Please forward this information to young scholars who have recently gained their doctorate.

Participation in the competition is open to those who have completed their dissertations later than January 31st, 2009 and before
February 1st, 2010.

The application must be submitted by 1st of February 2010. Scholars associated with DRUID and Imperial College London are not elible for the award.
