a) One Post Doc will be involved on a FP7 project (SEARCH project) on economic integration of the EU with ENP (European Neighboring Policy) countries and policy initiatives. The researcher will work on the evolution of trade patterns between EU and ENP countries, preferably at the regional level.

 b) One Post doc will be involved on a FP7 (PICK-ME project). The researcher will work on two topics: the evolution of the industry mix in European regions; the impact of labour mobility on regional development.

The potential candidates have strong quantitative skills and preference will be given to applicants with a background in evolutionary economics and competences in economic geography
