This article debates the policy measures designed to curb P2P file-sharing on the Internet. In doing this, the article challenges the Digital Economy Act which was passed through the UK Parliament April 8, and entered into force June 12, 2010.

The Impact of Internet on IPR - A Case Study of Music Industry in Croatia

According to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) there is a trend of rapid growth of Internet users in EU-candidate countries (Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey), according to ITU reports, the number of Internet users has tripled since the year 2000.
