Communities of Practice
DIME Working Paper Series for works emerging out of RAL1.2. These are papers related particularly to the themes of communities of practice (CoPs) and other fields associated with it. We are still looking for more of such pre-published papers written not only by academics but also those by professional practitioners and postgraduates working on similar areas. The aim of this series lies in our intention to further the cause of the network to create a virtual community where information and knowledge on related issues may be widely circulated.
Aside from that, we also hope to develop this series to become a useful outlet through which authors may get feedback on their papers prior to getting them published. If you are in the position to contribute papers, or if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Hamzah Muzaini at h.b.muzaini@durham.ac.uk. All matters regarding copyrights are to be considered by the authors themselves.

Submitted by Hamzah Muzaini on 25 January, 2006 - 23:34.
This paper tries to account for endogenous change of multi-level routines in terms of nested cycles of discovery, in a hierarchy of scripts. Stretching tacit knowledge beyond a local fix? Global spaces of learning in advertising professional service firms
